These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 60centenergy Designs website and your purchase of products offered by 60centenergy Designs ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

60centenergy Designs is a South Carolina-based business that designs, manufactures, and sells:

• 3D scans

• CAD models

• STL files

• Digital downloads

• 3D printed products

• Physical parts and accessories

• Other related products and services

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe all products.

However, colors, dimensions, finishes, and appearances may vary due to:

• Manufacturing differences

• Material variations

• Screen and display settings

• 3D printing processes

• Product revisions or improvements

Product specifications are subject to change without notice.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment is currently accepted through:

• Square

• PayPal

• Venmo

Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including:

• Pricing errors

• Product availability issues

• Suspected fraud

• Violation of these Terms

If an order is canceled after payment has been received, a refund will be issued through the original payment method.

Digital Products

Digital products may include:

• STL files

• CAD files

• 3D scans

• Design files

• Documentation

• Other downloadable content

Upon successful payment, customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased digital products subject to these Terms.

Shipping Policy

For physical products, orders are generally processed and shipped as quickly as possible after payment is received.

Processing times may vary based on:

• Product availability

• Manufacturing requirements

• Order volume

• Holidays and carrier schedules

Shipping Carriers

60centenergy Designs reserves the right to select the shipping carrier and service that provides the most economical and practical delivery method at the time of shipment unless otherwise agreed.

Carriers may include:

• USPS

• UPS

• FedEx

• Other available services

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customer Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged or appears lost during transit, please contact the carrier and make a dispute through them. you may also contact us and we do everything we can to help resolve it. 

Ship-To Locations

We only ship to the continental United States for physical products. 

Returns and Refunds

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital products are final.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided for:

• Downloaded files

• 3D scans

• CAD files

• STL files

• Other digital content

except where required by law.

Physical Products

All sales of physical products are final.

We generally do not accept returns for products that have been:

• Installed

• Modified

• Used

• Damaged after delivery

Incorrect Orders, Defects, or Fitment Issues

We understand issues can occasionally occur.

If you receive:

• An incorrect item

• A damaged item

• A defective item

• A product with an unexpected fitment issue

please contact us within 14 days of delivery. 

Each situation will be reviewed individually.

At our sole discretion, we may choose to:

• Provide replacement parts

• Ship a replacement product

• Offer modifications or corrections

• Provide store credit

• Issue a partial or full refund

• Offer another reasonable resolution

Photos, measurements, or additional information may be requested before a claim is evaluated.

Fitment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchasing.

Many products may be used in custom, modified, experimental, hobbyist, automotive, or aftermarket applications. Because installation environments vary, 60centenergy Designs cannot guarantee compatibility with every possible setup.

Any fitment-related concerns will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by 60centenergy Designs is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This includes but is not limited to:

• 3D models

• CAD files

• STL files

• 3D scans

• Product designs

• Product photographs

• Logos

• Product descriptions

• Website content

• Documentation

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all rights remain the property of 60centenergy Designs.

Digital File License Restrictions

When you purchase a digital product, you are purchasing a license to use that product—not ownership of the intellectual property.

Unless explicitly authorized in writing, customers may not:

• Redistribute purchased files

• Share downloaded files

• Resell digital files

• Upload files to file-sharing websites

• Claim ownership of the designs

• Modify and redistribute designs as their own

• Sell copies of the digital files

Personal use and physical printing for personal use are permitted unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Any commercial use requires prior written authorization from 60centenergy Designs.

User-Generated Content

If customers submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content, they grant 60centenergy Designs a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for business and promotional purposes.

We reserve the right to remove submitted content at our discretion.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Products and services are provided "as is" and "as available."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 60centenergy Designs disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Non-infringement

• Compatibility with specific equipment or applications

No guarantee is made that products will meet every customer's intended use or application.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 60centenergy Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
